2 items on menu when we arrived. Curry goat and Curry chicken. I came for the goat, so that was good. It was just ok. Nothing special. I have had better. But not bad. A/C inside.

If you're looking for a restaurant to actually sit down and eat, I suggest you keep looking. The tiny place I found after asking a few people (despite having the location, it's a short street) looks like a garage or an apartment in a bad neighbourhood, with the metal bars on the window. Inside, it's scarier than a prison cafeteria:... More

We trusted our taxi driver to bring us to an authentic Jamaican restaurant for ox tail, and he brought us here. It was so delicious and wonderful to be part of the culture of Jamaica

Delicious ackee and salt fish. That's probably my favorite meal there for breakfast, with the fried dumplings. Once you have one, you'll want to keep having more (the dumplings, that is). Good service, ok surroundings.

Local food..cheap and delicious... small menu..but its all good. Rice and peas means rice and beans...keep that in mind. Baked chicken is tender and juicy. Small place where locals go.

Mom's is the true Jamaican experience. Not fancy but plentiful, delicious food. Tiny working class restaurant hidden between larger buildings. Even when we knew where it was we had trouble finding it but persevere.

I came here twice for beef patties, they were pretty good. The cashier tried to give me change back in Jamaican currency after I gave her a $20 bill and got upset when I asked for my change to be the same currency I paid in.

I guess it's true that they do run out of things, because we showed up at 6:30 pm and the only things left on the menu were fried chicken and curried goat. Almost walked out, but changed our minds and stayed, and of course we had fried chicken ($5) and curried goat ($6). Both were good, and served in wonderful... More

We enjoyed a great lunch meal at Mom's. We had oxtail and fried chicken both of which were very tasty. We asked if they had any ackee or festival left from breakfast. They didn't but graciously provided us fried dumplings at no charge. Four of us enjoyed a great Jamaican meal for US$30. Not a fancy spot but a very... More
