From breakfast to after theater, this place seems to be always open. Recently redecorated, from new floor tiles up, and the food continues great. The service is very attentive- they bend over backward to please. A generally European flavor, with of course Spanish being the strongest overtone, permeates the place. It's a goid place to stock up on goodies from... More

This place has been standing forever! It has grown so much and, although time changes everything, the food has not lost its touch. From great coffee, to delightful desserts & fulfilling sandwiches, you will love it. They bake fresh bread there as well. Great for all meals of the day.

This is a place with flavor of Spanish one and Cuban in their dishes. Very good food any hour. Many plates from breakfast to dinner. Delicious bakery. Quickly attendance. The place has plenty windows to look outside.and has valet parking.

A classic solution for a good Cuban sandwich or a sit down dinner with a Cuban / Spanish fusion. Good for breakfast also.

This is a very good local. The food is superb. Service chaotic. The place clean and ample. With good natural light through big windows facing the Ceiba trees. Though it is pricy. Good for occasional visits if you are concerned about budget.

A place that endure time and social classes! La Ceiba is a bakery/eatery with the best Caldo Gallego, probably in the western hemisphere. Always busy and always the same quality.

Sandwiches, baked good, hot dishes, and wine. They have it all! Very busy at lunch time today, with no parking available. Must be a favorite of the affluent crowd based on the number of Mercedes Benzes, Land Rovers, and Jaguars in the parking lot. Long line of customers waiting patiently. As a vegetarian the there was not much of a... More

We recently visited La Ceiba for lunch and were very impressed with the quality of the food, portion size, and prices. We had visited the place before for pastries and sandwiches, but this was our first visit for lunch. The service was excellent as well. We will be definitely return!

I love their sandwich de mayorca and coffee and every time I go to PR I try to make a stop there. I gotta commend this place for the service, specially Ingrid. My 5yr old son was crying because he didn't want to eat his sandwich (he doesn't like yellow cheese) so Ingrid saw him crying and approached him. When... More

I go to La Ceiba everytime I go to PR. Two days ago, I went to get food to eat at home after a 3.5 flight to Virginia. For some obscure reason, it took half an hour to do a small sandwich, the place was not full. My aunt noticed that the order was ready sitting on the counter. She... More
