We stayed 3 nights in Old San Juan the first week of November. It was difficult to find open restaurants due to the lack of power. Barrachina was open and had a full menu. Our lunch was excellent and service was great.

Yes! The pina Coladas are amazing! We visited from a recommendation of our private tour guide Hector. Food is also excellent. Pork fried sides!! But if anything just visit for the Pinas! And they have virgin Pinas for the kids and non alcoholic drinkers too.

Very cool atmosphere/seating. And there is no way that my wife and i could pass up trying a pina colada at the birth place of the pina colada and it did not disappoint.
