Marmalade has a variety of courses. It is very tasty but quite expensive. There are some other restaurants i would choose over this one because it is so expensive.

I did not find that it was particularly "Puerto Rican" but the variety, quality and uniqueness was incredible and an absolute experience. It was one of the best meals we've ever had

The four course 1.75-2 hours. However, it can be faster? Just tell your waiter about your time constraints. But honestly, you come here to enjoy the food, not inhale it. They are very good at giving you a dining experience.
