Stopped in about 8:30 was welcomed by Limon (sp) who has been there for 20 years. Ordered breakfast and cocktail, why not last day of vacation. Bacon, eggs and cheese on a roll was delish and filling! Food great, drinks cold and easy to load onto your hopper! Thanks again!

Amazing fried and steamed dumplings. Who'd of thought you could get food like this at an airport. Very casual and very inexpensive.

If they did a TV special on "Great Airport Restaurants" this would be number one!! One of my, and a lot of other locals, favorite places for lunch. Great food and great value. Always love going for dumpling days, but was lucky enough to be there on a day when the special was mofongitos. Joey makes the best mofongo -... More

This is a favorite of mine and has been for years. Everything is excellent. I love the days when the owner's wife does her original Chinese. Great sandwiches and I love their rice and beans. A yummy place to eat.

You might want to plan to get to the airport early just to eat at this little cafe. This time all I had was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a soft sweet roll. It was outstanding. Don't just think of it as a place to get a quick snack when flying out. The menu looked awesome and they... More

We ate there 3 times in 5 days. Lyman's wife made the best steamed dumplings, grilled flounder and black beans & rice. Janie served us a great breakfast sandwich. It was made on a homemade roll with bacon, cheese & eggs and was so big my husband had to finish it. It's a local place with great food, service and... More

We ate here 3 times while here in Vieques, and we fly out tomorrow so it might be 4. Their Mofungo with chicken is one of the best Puerto Rican mofungos I've had. We kept bringing friends back to try it too and they all loved it as well. One friend tried their beef empanadas and loved them. If you... More

We had no idea this little bar/cafe was at the airport until our "taxi" driver dropped us off here. We had plenty of time before our flight for a couple more Medallas so we bellied up to the bar. We were a little apprehensive since Lyman is a huge Packers fan but we are open to meeting new people and... More

Vieques happens to be a small island that has its tried and true restaurants and then it also has many disappoints. You will not be disappointed at the restaurant at their airport. On our return this year once again the Isla Nena Café continued to delight us. My husband ordered the Mofongo Balls which were new to the menu. He... More
