We enjoyed a romantic Valentines Day dinner at Bili. I thought the food and service were both outstanding. This is an especially good restaurant for vegetarians- many choices.

We had an excellent meal here. We had an amazing Mahi Mahi dish and salad. So good! Most of the restaurants in Esperanza have outdoor dining and Bili is included. It was a lovely evening, gracious servers and a delicious meal. We highly recommend it!! One of our best meals of the week. I have noted that many people "complain"... More

We chose Bili and were not disappointed. The food was prepared well. I got the Mahi Mahi which was great. We sat in an open air patio on a mild evening and then enjoyed the sunset afterward on the Melacon in Esperanza.

We stopped in quickly for lunch. This is the only Puerto Rican owned restaurant on the island to my knowledge. It's great! We had sandwiches and there were zero complaints.

If you are looking to have great Lobster, mahi-mahi or Red Snapper this is the place. As fresh as it comes. Lobster will probably still be alive when you order it. Highly recommended. A must when in Vieques.

Super staff. We were in a rush (going on a kayak tour) and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had the 1/2 lobster and beans and rice which was fresh, tasty and excellent. The others were very happy with their meals (we samples a large variety from the menu). The specialty drinks were fun too. I have to... More

The freshest and best prepared seafood on the island. I'm pretty sure I had an out of body experience while having their lobster. Call ahead though, because they do have menu items that are only available when the local fisherman are able to provide! One of the most delicious restaurants I've ever been to!

We got there at 830pm and there was one outdoor seat for four open. We wanted to sit outside but they told us no since we were a couple. I talked to them for a bit and finally they agreed to sit us outside. Fyi, nobody else came for dinner after us. My partner ordered the coco mojito which was... More

The dinner experience is a combination of great food and amazing scenery. The busy with cars, motorcycles and people driving their horses is unique. The kids were amazed and were continuously entertained. No argument or fights between them while we were enjoying the delicious food. The presentation of the dishes and the taste were excellent.
