I've visited the Bread Basket for a number of years during my visits to St Lucia. The staff are occasionally friendly, a bit aloof but generally the experience is just ok. The scenery of the Marina definitely helps to detract from some of the frustrations that you'll encounter. The biggest frustration for me is that they offer Bakes on the... More

Drove over for breakfast this morning. Nice deck overlooking the marina. Limited breakfast menu, but the food was good. I enjoyed my egg & cheese baguette and my wife liked her blueberry pancakes. Service was par for the course for the island as were the prices. OK for breakfast with a view.

The first time at this restaurant was great, however upon visiting recently alot has changed. Fish roti was tasteless, the waitress seemed to be more concerned with shaking her buttocks rather than actually SERVING. Would not go back. Waste of my money.

After eating at the Bread Basket on a Wednesday lunchtime, having the local cuisine lunch special, I would have happily given the Bread Basket 5 stars for tasty local food, large portions, good price, and friendly service. And smoothies to die for! What a pity that when we returned for Sunday lunch, we had such a disappointing experience! They were... More

We woke up in St Vincent with a stuck anchor on 70m of chain, sailed for 9 hours into an unrelenting headwind, and nearly ran out of fuel before finally arriving in Rodney Bay. Exhausted, we took a tour of the many dining options in the marina. Passing by BB's we were immediately greeted by a smiling and charismatic envoy.... More

We went there for lunch with friends. It was very full, and we had the last empty table. The setting is good, overlooking the marina. The menu features local food. I had the Caesar salad, and my husband had the beef roti. The service was very slow, eventually causing us to ask when we were going to get our meals.... More
