We asked our taxi driver to take us to a good place to eat lunch. We also asked him to take us someplace on the French side. He took us to Rosemary's in Marigot Bay. The restaurant was packed with people and we were able to get the one and only table available. I guess the reason that this place... More

We visited Rowsemary's near the end of our St Maarten tour. We were greeted warmly by Rosemary and her staff. Her place is located in the middle of a shopping area with lots places to visit. The food and drinks were great. We especially enjoyed the fish dishes--- very fresh! Thanks, Rosemary for your hospitality and good food.

One of those situations where the food looks better than it tastes. For the amount of time I spent waiting for my food, I will never know why it was lukewarm. As for the lack of flavor, don't understand that either. Definitely won't be back to this particular venue. Try Chez Cocoa few stalls down!

Left Tijon perfume in Grand Case and taxi driver recommended Rosemary's for lunch, Glad he did. Very busy so service was a little slow but well worth the wait. We had both a fish course (snapper) and a creole chicken and everything was well prepared, perfectly seasoned and served hot. Even got to meet Rosemary and she is a delightful... More

We came here after getting a glowing recommendation from Bernard's Tour (review forthcoming as well). We asked where he would suggest we eat for delicious local fare and he said Rosemary's without a beat. He did say that he had already ordered previously and it would be waiting for him there. This restaurant was everything he said it would be.... More

On our short but sweet visit to Saint Martin, we had the pleasure of visiting Rosemary's, based on the recommendation of the bellman at La Samanna. I had a whole fried snapper with creole sauce, rice and beans. My wife had the prawns with the same sauce. Both were spectacular! Our waitress, Tanisha was delightful and hilarious, and it was... Fine dining at luxurious restaurants can be tiresome. Sometimes you want good home cooking from your creole nana. Rosemary's makes you feel like a guest at their home. It is a very laid back setting with good food. If you want to experience the real Caribbean life and not the superficial hotel/resort dining make your way there. I ordered the... More

Was on a tour bus with Bernard's tour and Daniel suggest this place for local food. I couldn't have been happier about this place. I had the seafood combo which the plate was full. I would come back next time in Marigot. Thanks for the Tip Daniel!

We were here recently as part of our tour of the island with Bernard's Tours. We had generous portions and the fish we had was delicious. One family member was brave enough to try the goat meat. We took his word for it that it was tasty! We met Rosemary and she was so personable and made sure that everything... More

Have had a few meals here...really good food at great prices. Would have given a 5 star rating only for it being quite cramped when busy
