After reading the good reviews here we visited for dinner, I wish we had not! I ordered the barbeque pork chops, these were cut very thin, they were completely overcooked, grilled until they were black and then covered in sauce. I managed to fight my way through some and then gave up. When the server asked if everything was ok... More

We regret that we provided you with bad service and poor customer experience; this is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves. It is indeed that the Manager was unwell, but this should not affect the smooth running of our restaurant. Our serves are given a set of guidelines for compensation in situations of this nature, obviously our server... More

My wife and I stayed at the Simpson Bay resort about a fifteen minute walk away from this great little place last week and we both agreed that dinner there was by far, the best meal of the week. Since that area of the Caribbean is going through low season there were fewer customers to compete for the best seat... More

We went during low season. Ordered Snapper and Goat...good local flavor for sure. Service was average and overall the experience way average. Nice view from the dining room.

Excellent food and service. Only criticism was the $5 added on for the small bottle of water! We had three mudslides at $6.00 each so to receive a small bottle of water for $5 was not appreciated. The plate of ribs was the best so far on Saint Martin according to my daughter. My salad was enormous and had to... More

The shuttle for the resort took up to SkipJacks, after 10 mintues of not having anyone come to us we decided to leave. Walk over to this lovley resturant and I am so glad we did. The manager is beyond awsome. The vibes at this resutrant was amazing. It was not crowded as skipjacks and the hospitality was good! The... More

I was the only customer in the entire restaurant during dinner, although it may have been a bit early for everyone else. The food here is very delicious and it was some of the best that I have ever had. The staff is very kind as well. My server was checking on me and asking me how the meal was.... More

Fish at "Caribbean Grilled Flavors" was great. There is a woman by the front door pouring her own flavoured rum/ rum punch for tasting: it is good but strong. Just ask how much it is if you want to order moreof that inside, we did not expect to pay $10! Ask for local fresh fish. My grilled snapper was delicious,... More

Do not be put off by the oddly empty restaurant - this was the best meal we have had in St. Maarten. Excellent Caribbean food, good service, yummy drinks, big portions, reasonable prices. I had the jerk snapper on the waitress's recommendation and it was delicious. Others ordered the jerk ribs and chicken which were also good, and the chicken... More
