Regular fare at an expensive price. All OK but not worth sitting inside a building across from the beach

We like to visit HRC. This was a little bit under average. We did not hear any music. The restaurant was almost like an ordinary cafe. But the drinks was great. And the portion with food was really big. Prices OK compare to rest of the island.

For a restaurant that is all about music, they have horrible acoustics. All hard surfaces resulting in echos everywhere. The music was drowned out by the conversation noise even though the place was half empty at 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening. Service wasn't quick but wasn't horribly slow. Food was fine.

After shopping, we wanted a traditional and relatively quick lunch. I was very disappointed. The server was slow, and didn't check on us one time after she left our food. My husband had a burger, which was fine, but my chicken tenders were dry. They put an automatic gratuity on all tables.

This restaurant offers good food and a wonderful view. The only down side is the prices are higher than in the states and then once you add the currency exchange it is even more pricey. We don't do this very often so it is a treat and we enjoy the food and the views. This place is definitely worth dining... More

We stopped in for lunch after an excursion we had done earlier in the day. The food was great, the place was clean, and we were able to get wifi. My kids always love the hard rock café. They love the different atmospheres at each restaurant.

We stopped in during a day in port while on a cruise. The establishment is very clean. There are some minor structural defects, but overall, very clean. The food was good and the portions were plentiful. They had over-served one female, which concerned us being as it was on the 2nd floor and she had difficulties maneuvering the stairs down.... More

I stopped in to visit the Hard Rock in Sept while on Carnival cruise ship. It is right next to port and easy walk, right next to all the shops. Staff was excellent.
