It might have been that we were ravenous, but to sit in a cool shaded courtyard: have chickens roaming at our feet, and be served excellent toasted BLTs was so good! Three iced teas to wash it down with: I will be going back again and again. Thank you!

If you are looking for a casual spot for dinner, Burger night Tuesday at Cafe des Arts is a great spot. The staff are lovely and while the menu is simple - it is well worth the trip into town.

A pleasant stop for lunch - very close to the Nevis museum. Good sandwiches and drinks in a shady courtyard.

The meal was average. Nothing to boast about. Just some regular sandwiches that is highly priced. For the short time spent there no locals visited the place. It is mainly for tourist because of the price. Too many chickens roamed around the garden that we were having breakfast. The coffee can do with some upgrading and the garden can do... More

I am not a sandwich fan, but this club sandwich with the egg spread was amazing. Everything was fresh, the view divine, and the staff friendly. By lunch, I had recovered from my sea sickness on the ferry. Cold beers and yummy sandwiches. The bread was fresh, you could get cucumber, hot sauce, whatever you want. We will be back!

We visited on a morning when it wasn't the best weather and so our experience wasn't as great as other reviewers have found it. Eating outside amongst the various animals wandering around, and a selection of plants and assortment of chairs and tables. It all looked a little run down and could do with a tidy up! Breakfast choice was... More

Came for breakfast whilst visiting Charlestown, a lovely venue for casual, good food. Coffee was super and the eggs and crispy bacon a true delight.

Burger was very good, chicken was OK. It was what it was... Would have preferred music as opposed to listening to a TV on a channel dedicated to running 'Under Cover Boss'. Limited choices, no local fish options as it is 'off season'.

In contrast to the report of the illiterate who wrote the last review, we found the Cafe des Arts a delight ! A short walk from the ferry terminal, and next to the museum, it's almost on the front. French-style tables are scattered around a jolly courtyard. Staff are helpful, and they serve agreeable light meals, coffee and tea. 'Jolly... More

Located in Charlestown, not far for the ocean, this cute little cafe fell to please us. The place is great, but the food was more than average and even my mango juice had not taste. Would not recommend it.
