We stopped here for lunch today and were not disappointed. My husbands hamburger and fries were great and my grilled swordfish over a salad was amazing! Such a nice relaxing view from the restaurant out onto Tyrrel Bay. Highly recommend!

We went here to see other side of island. Easy bus ride from town. Large menu. Tuna steak was excellent. The filet mignonette was also very good. Not inexpensive for island but less than comparable meal in the states.
At the recommendation of a few local friends our group of 5 had dinner here. The menus was varied and certainly delivered a fantastic meal. Lobster tails, Filet Mignon, Tuna and Mahi Mahi were all served and enjoyed around the table. The wine section although...More
Went ashore for 2 meals at Slipway, with different menu for lunch and dinner. Would recommend the lobster dish, the shrimps, and the tuna salad. The tamarind tart is to die for, thank you Kate for sharing the recipe.
A quirky beachfront restaurant in a great location, serving fabulous food with a limited fresh menu every day. Probably the tastiest food we've eaten throughout the Caribbean, and you can tell it was cooked with love and great flair.
The Slipway is a small, intimate restaurant in the Tyrrel Bay marina. It is a hidden gem. Top notch service and amazing cuisine. Primarily seafood. We had the pan roasted, whole, fresh lobster tail. It was stupendous. Lightly breaded, and teeming with flavor. Don’t miss...More
Limited menu of lovely food at very reasonable prices. We were staying nearby but even so did not visit in the evening due to access. Without a car walking along a dark beach with sea, stones and ropes was not a good idea for 2...More
The food is great ... fresh ingredients daily. The ambiance is rustic with lots of character. This s definitely a "not to be missed" place.
Beer was good but having a hard time describing the lobster $ 80 plate. Hmmmm tough, tasteless, just entirely unsatisfactory especially in light of the reputation. Not recommended.
Possibly the best restaurant on the island, have only been for lunch but every time there was something new on the menu and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Nice setting by the beach too.
