Great for dinner dates because of the ambience at night time especially by the windows. The food tasted great and the assorted bread was delicious. I wouldve liked more non alcoholic choices like plain orange juice tho.

We had a small round table meeting with Healthcare professionals, the staff was very knowledgeable in handling these meetings - kept noise levels down and served quickly, but could have cleared tables sooner. The food was was very tasty from the appetizers to the main course. The mushroom soup was nice and light, the shrimps was a bit larger as... More

Chaud is expensive, it's the first thought I had when I called to make a reservation the first time, but it was a special occasion so thought it was worth it to spurgle a bit. That trip turned into several over the last few years. The food was delicious, if you ask questions of the chefs or wait staff they... More

My father is not one for eating out but we were able to convince him to join us for a farewell dinner for my sis who was returning to NY after a visit. Well the food was great, the beverages on point, the service professional and the afternoon an all in all hit. I knew that the place was really... More

Took my mom to this restaurant for dinner as part of a birthday celebration during the week. It was a pleasant ambience, not too overcrowded and parking wasn't too bad ....the lighting in the night could be better outside but apart from that the food was great. It was rich but not overbearing. I'm vegetarian, so for my main course... More

Make sure you are wearing pants or a dress! There is a dress code. We attempted to eat here, but my husband did not pack any pants.

There is nothing on the menu that is not delicious and leaves you wanting more. Excellence is an understatement in terms of service, food , wine selection and atmosphere. Chef Khalid does perfection each night.

Ambience, service and food were excellent and well worth the price. Wine list had many interesting choices. Staff were all very professional and well trained. Service was rapid and attentive but not intrusive. One left very satisfied and relaxed.

Chef Khalid Mohammed's Chaud Restaurant offers modern, international cuisine with a touch of Caribbean flair. Favourites include the guava barbecue shrimp and creamy cheddar grits with applewood-smoked bacon or a tasting of three tartares - yellowfin tuna, Atlantic salmon and Chilean sea bass. Chef Khalid prides himself on freshness, quality and creativity with entrees that include tamarind-glazed double-cut pork chop, and the maple-glazed double duck breast with apple butter. Be sure to end your meal at Chaud with some of the best desserts on the island.
