Our annual holiday to Tobago always includes a trip to Salsa Kitchen. The flavors in all the dishes is amazing. The minted pork, garlic bread and the lobster special are a must!! Thanks Ian and Paula!

Outstanding Caribbean tapas food cooked to order by Paula who is an amazing chef using ingredients from her garden to create daily specials, this is a restaurant not to be missed. Paula and Ian are great hosts. One of the best restaurants on Tobago.

Once upon a time, a most charming couple called Ian and Paula decided that Tobago's array of ethnic food was missing something. Tapas! A little gem of a restaurant, small in size and plates but big in taste! Somewhere in a Scarborough neighbourhood hidden away...More
