Grand Turks was our last stop on our cruise and it was our FAVORITE!!! We stayed at Margaritaville, in the pool the entire time. DJ STAR was the best, we have already booked another trip for next to come back!

Great Time!

Got off the ship at 9: 30 am, in the pool by 10 am, drinks by 10:15 and Bartender Joel had drinks flowing all day. He was kind, attentive and just gave off just great vibes. He definitely made the day amazing!

Awesome day at Margaritaville

This would just be a normal tourist eatery if it wasn't for the Star of the show. I frequent this establishment monthly on different cruises. And the daytime DJ STAR makes this a must stop on a visit to this island. Her energy and fun...personality makes for an awesome day. 👌. Highly recommend this place.More

Enjoy Margaritaville pool time -- but Star (the DJ) needs to be replaced!!!!

I like to visit Margaritaville when I am in Grand Turk and have been there many times; HOWEVER, the DJ (Star) needs to be replaced. I have heard her way too many times and there are way better DJ options out there. First--- the "noise"...(I cannot call it music because most of it is noise) is not good as a general rule. We arrived early into port.... and we were the only ship in port for the day--thankfully. When we got to the pool area, the staff was just getting things set up for the day. No music was playing and it was nice to start out the day a bit slowly. About 30 minutes after we arrived, then Star got in the booth. Immediately, the "noise" started up at very loud levels. The noise was .... well.... not Jimmy Buffet music. Gosh, we are at Margaritaville, so naturally we would play hip hop/R&B, rap mess, etc... and not Buffet music or even anything else that is close. I went to the booth and asked Star to change the channel ....so to speak...and play Buffet. Her response, "Well we are not really on duty yet and we are just entertaining the staff." WHAT??? Well if the place was not open, then why were there patrons who were off the ship and starting to hang around the pool area? These are the patrons who pay money to drink, eat, and keep the crew AND STAR in business and have a paycheck. So Star wanted to entertain the staff with the noise instead of the patrons. When I got back to my seat by the pool, I was ready to pack my bag and depart. One of the waitresses....who was very nice... came by to ask if we needed anything and I asked her if she could get Star to change the channel (so to speak) to something like Buffet music. A few minutes later, there was finally some Jimmy Buffet being played. Maybe 3-4 songs that were enjoyable by many of the guests was being played, and then it was right back to the garbage. She talks over the music and needs to be replaced with someone who does not basically ignore the guests who have made a more than reasonable request for decent (and appropriate) music instead of noise.More

Best bartender ever!!!!

Great food, Drinks, and Fun!

If you’re going to Grand Turk on a Carnival Cruise line and doing the margaritaville please rent one of their cabana’s for $99 dollars they are worth it. You get your own private server for your cabana for the entire day.

Margaritaville sun and fun

Excellent VIP Service

We had excellent service in our VIP section with our waiter Rohaye. He was very attentive and getting us everything we needed right away! I was pleased with Rohaye’s service and my experience at Margaritaville! Would recommend Rohaye as a server for anyone going to...Margaritaville!More

I remember there being a cost to rent a couple of chairs that came with an umbrella and chair side safe and cooler and waitress service. Its been a long time but remember it was worth it. Anyone know the cost now? This was not a cabana but kind of "on the island" in the middle of the pool.
