We arranged to meet with a group of friends from Arizona and Newfoundland at Rickies Bar (Flamingos on the beach) on Tuesday 16th May 2017 only to find it closed for renovation and Ricky, the owner and his staff working hard away freshening the place up with paint etc. Without any hesitation he and his team made us welcome and... We went here for lunch one day and had the best time! Great beach vibe! Since its right on the beach the view is awesome and we sat on the deck. We did feel we waited a long time for our meals to arrive but the drinks were potant and we didn't care!

We just had the coconut grouper. This may be the best grouper in the world. Perfectly cooked. We also had the crack conch -- also delicious. But the grouper -- hands down, one of the best dinner options period.

Ricky's is kind of a hidden gem, non descript casual restaurant with almost no signage, that, at first glance, appears to just be a straw market. However, do not be fooled, the tiny kitchen pumps out some very impressive food and great drinks, all at very cheap prices for grace bay.

We were told upon our arrival that we needed to have blackened grouper and we would not be disappointed, Our lunch today was wonderful. We enjoyed caesar salad with blackened grouper and someone else in our party had the sandwich. Fantastic. The cocktails were refreshing some enjoyed the rum punch others the margaritas. The staff was busy but attentive. Very... More

Coconut curried grouper, jerk chicken wrap, rum punch, repeat forever. We always come at least twice every visit to Provo, sometimes more. Best value on the island. Best rum punch on the island. Finally takes credit cards. Island time, so take a deep breath, watch the sunset and chillllll ;)

The casual atmosphere is relaxing with a great view and really fresh seafood. The only comment is that they were out of some items on the menu but there was still a good selection and the meal was great.

We had a recommendation from a local so although the reviews indicated a wait we gave it a try. We had the fried grouper and the curry grouper - both were great. We've had grouper in other restaurants while on the island and their's is the best. Service was a little slow - but we only waited for maybe 15-20... More

My wife and I just got back from TCI and this restaurant was recommended by the owner of the villa we rented, and we are so glad we listened to her! We ended up eating here twice - on Wednesday and Friday evenings, both times around 8 PM. It was not overly busy either night (maybe bigger crowds during the... More
