We ate here on the way from the airport as we arrived in StX, and again on the way back to the airport and both times had a great meal! Delicious chicken, mahi, johnny cakes, rice and beans. What more can you say. Recommended.
Wonderful Mahi Mahi- lightly breaded- the best Mac and Cheese. The Chicken was very tasty too. Season rice was perfect. Yummy!!!!

Absolutely delicious food and extremely affordable. We had a whole chicken, 5 sides, and Johnny Bread (arepa) for about $20 and it fed 4 of us. Local place and nice staff.
We came near closing. Chicken was fabulous, as was the mac and cheese. Easy to find. Reasonably priced. A lot of locals were doing carryout.
