Just sitting having a drink in this exquisitely tiled architectural wonder is enough for me! I love the beauty. I remember I had a great drink here the food was not memorable. but the ambience was my focus and ore than made up for the non-outstanding fare.

Food ok. Simple.k Nice mellow location. Cruisers frequent the bar. "Spanky" (not his real name) the bartender tells pleasantly bad jokes.

Lunched with a friend. I had the gyro and Greek salad combination and would highly recommend it. My friend was able to order her lunch from Cafe Amelia an adjoining restaurant that shares the same kitchen. We shared a carafe of sangria 👍 service was wonderful.

We weren't able to get a table at lunchtime, but were able to eat at the bar. The tortilla on the blackened-chicken wrap was too tough to eat, even with a fork, and the turkey bacon on the turkey club was rubbery. To be fair, there were 5 cruise ships in town & the place was extremely busy. The bartender... More

My husband and I decided to try this after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. Pros: they make their own sangria, my husband's roast beef pita was overflowing with meat, potato salad is good, nice location Cons: waitress accidentally spilled an entire carafe of sangria on me and my clothes and offered no restitution (I don't think I should have had... Family care of the all aspects of this restaurant , lunch & dinner , cafe Amalia ( pita express) is where you find the quality cooking in downtown Charlette Amalie under the shade in alley , where ground is still covered in stones from 1800 .

We stopped for lunch and my husband was raving about the Gyro. Service was quick and efficient and she seemed to know almost everyone there. We liked this place and will return.
