This is really one of the best bars we have visited. We came the looong way from Innsbruck (Tyrol/Austria - I hope you remember us). Besides the nice chat we had with the owner the margaritas were awesome and he had really good deals for...More

Small, Friendly bar tucked away from the busy main shopping area. They have a decent selection of local beers and a nice patio.

This place is very cool. An historic landmark where a water well built by General Santa Anna in the 1800's sits in the corner. Spent $13 US on a beer and a bottle of water at a tourist trap around the corner then we happen...More

Our husbands found this place while we were shopping down the main shopping area. It's like a small oasis. Within a few minutes they felt like regulars. The bartender/owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely revisit if ever back in St. Thomas!

Friendly little bar tucked away from the busy main shopping area. Very friendly bartender/owner. They really had a decent selection of local beers but we really liked the Bushwacker. It's a fairly random assortment of alcohols but it turns out with a chocolate and coffee...More

On returning from our sail in the BVI we just wanted to catch a quiet drink in Charlotte Amalie and stumbled across the Beer Garden. What a nice relaxing open air place with friendly people and reasonable prices. Our host Nala couldn't have been nicer...More

We stumbled upon this bar when we saw a sign advertising "Best margaritas"! You go down the alley and there it is! The owner is so nice and he makes the best drinks! His wife is lovely too! We plan on stopping there when we...More

We were there at the end of April for the cheap beers. It was a little hard to find as it is just an alleyway from the street but opens to a nice open air bar with trees and plants growing. Just myself and my...More

Everything is bottled. They have locals that are "craft-like". They always have 2-3 varieties from St. Johns Brewers located in USVI. None of them are superstars but the Mango Pale Ale is decent.

No parking there. There was some parking off the main roadway, I think. We took a cab downtown. It would be a walk of a couple blocks, but there are lots of little shops (duty free kind of stuff) to look at on the way. We... More
