When we arrived, St. John Provisions had procured granola and cookies for us from this bakery. It was a bit tough to locate, but once I did, we went and bought more cookies ( the double chocolate are particularly good), fresh bread, bagels, mango coconut bread and key lime pie. The bagels aren't chewy like New York bagels, they are... More

I bout a macaroon, cream cheese brownie, cookie, and a lemon bar...I figured this would be a great sample...I split it with my sister. I was let down...anyone who bakes at home... More

Try the Cuban. It's amazing! Add a Coconut Macaroon and a fresh baked Ginger Snap and you're in for a real treat.

Came to Baked in the Sun after a run for breakfast, found the place on Yelp and wanted to try something new. The place is a little bit out-of-the-way compared to our usual breakfast places, but not hard to find at all and was just a quick walk from the main Cruz Bay area. As one other reviewer pointed out,... More

Looking for a good coffee spot in the USVI was tough but this fit the bill! Perfect brew and excellent pastries (sweet and savory). We also noted they have some pretty tasty looking coffee libations that we plan on trying on our next trip. Was only sorry we found this gem on our last day in the islands!

I had key lime pie at a restaurant that was from here and then visited twice- the PB choc ganache brownie was amazing! Great fresh brewed iced tea and bagels to go for the next morning! 1 min walk from round about in Cruz Bay

After a week on the island, this is still the best place we have found to eat. Great prices and well above average food. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick quality meal.

We first found out about the bakery from the crew of Bad Kitty. The breads are wonderful - we tried several (blueberry, pumpkin, and maybe peach or mango??). All great! The best, in my opinion, is their coleslaw. THE BEST.
