Right in the heart of the tourist traps. It's upstairs; decent food. Not a cheap lunch. The usual Greek fare. the hummas and pitas were excellent. The music was too loud, as we found in every restaurant except Luciano's.

We enjoyed the flaming saganaki. While many think the flaming party is only for show, for us it puts the perfect taste on the cheese. We had the lamb gyros and were very satisfied. A lot of food. Our waitress was authentic and we enjoyed the atmosphere of being right downtown but slightly removed from the craziness. The place is... More

I'd ordered the grilled octopus salad and that was very good. I was disappointed with their rendition of fried conch. I was expecting the typical conch strips in a light coating. Instead, it was mince prices fried up in a doughy ball. My lunch companion had the grouper and shared some with me. It was very good also.

I went with my wife in July,2016 and we stopped by this restaurant for coconut juice, we went straight to the bar and the guy asked his waiter to get us 2 coconuts and when I asked him the price, he did not tell us how much at all and assured us "it should be fine". Once they brought, which... More

I would like to give those people 5 stars but just can't do it considering these prices. It's expensive and good, just very good. I ordered salmon and it was delivered with rice. Which I hate, I just hate rice!!! Amazingly after the first bite I fell in love with this one. It was extraordinary to my taste since I... More

Great food great ambience. This family owned restaurant is now run by a brother and sister. The "Oupa" father passed two weeks ago and he was always a special part of our trips to Atena's. You always feel welcome here and our favorite meal every trip to the Bahamas! I don't like Hummus but I would eat a bowl of... More

Had the octopus as an app and shared a huge fried hogfish- octopus was amazing and the fish was perfectly seasoned and nice and had the most amazing texture even though it was fried. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch!
