We first ate here 20 years ago long before TripAdvisor and returned to find the same friendly welcome and classic Greek taverna fayre. The meze starter had a good selection including prawns. We reviewed the list and had a chat to the owners. Hard choice ! We tried Dionysus and were very pleased . Mixed meze to start and mixed grill and staffado for main . Very good meal

Went hear 15 years ago and was delighted to see them still in business which means they must be good! Delicious, locally caught seafood and wine and other dishes. Would defo go back!

This was my first stay in Palarios (definitely not the last!) and my sister has been here before so we ate at Dionysos on a couple of occasions on her recommendations......I was not disappointed on either visit to eat here! The star of the show...was a beautifully cooked and sizeable fillet steak-it was so tender, juicy and flavoursome! I have eaten many steaks in my time and this one was right up there with the best! I had mine with rosemary potatoes which were lovely and the peppercorn sauce was just peppery enough without being overpowering. That day I had a chocolate soufflé for dessert which was perfect.....oozing rich and gooey centre 👌🏻 I also had a chicken souvlaki which was a delicious lunch one afternoon, nicely seasoned and cooked and very Greek! The food is beautiful here as too are the family who run it, Mikey, Sylvia, Alex and Stefanos all work very hard and they create a very chilled, welcoming atmosphere which is perfect for a lovely evening eating well by the sea! Had lunch here and was by far the best food we have had. Alex was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and the food was absolutely divine. Will be coming back without a doubt and would recommend to anyone!

Lovely local food - slightly pricey compared to some of the other options around - but still good value. Friendly family owned business.
