In the chill weather of Cameron Highlands, nothing is better than a fest of steamboat here. The price is really reasonable for a full pot of mixed meats, seafood and eggs, along with many type of vegetables. All for only RM20/pax. Good with the hot herbal tea for just another RM3.

A family run restaurant which I have frequented each time I am in Camerons. Breakfast to dinner is served and the quality of food is decent. Try the nasi lemak in the morning, chicken rice in the afternoon and steamboat in the evening.

Mmmm - really good Chinese food for cheap. Have a lime juice - it's fabulous and refreshing. Very good (and cheap) chicken rice. Very good local long bean.

Having been totally taken by surprise by the Cameron Highlands - and not necessarily in a good way - the Mayflower provided a welcome culinary treat. We can't vouch for the hygiene standards but it tastes delicious. We had a quick lunch of chilli beef, pineapple chicken, siew pak choi and fried noodles; all were very tasty and the chrysanthemum... We came looking for lunch and found this place and gave it a chance. Ordered HaiNan chicken rice which came with enough chicken and rice, all the condiments and soup. Delicious an quick. It is a typical Chinese cafe so don't expect anything fancy.

This is a must if you are in the area. It is even worth making a special trip. be prepared to spend at least two hours enjoying your steamboat. This dish is a cook it yourself. You order the soup and the rest of the ingredients come raw and you cook them in the soup. There are 22 ingredients in... More

It was sooo good to have this especially on a rainy, cold night! The soup was delicious and the assorted meat and veg were fresh. Highly recommended.

There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 primary school children, age 11, 9, 7). We were advised to only order for 3 pax steamboat by the waiter, probably the owner. Portion was big enough for all of us. But one of the kids wanted more rice vermicelli, so we ordered one more portion (RM3) for that, and we... More
