We had a few drinks here after a long day on the Wye. Lovely pub. Had an excellent breakfast there the next morning!

Just had a fantastic lunch in The New Harp, fantastic freshly cooked food, none of this microwaved packet stuff.

Visited the New Harp Inn for lunch & have to say was very impressed. Both hubby & I had the celebration of pork & it was delicious, huge portions! Staff were friendly & pub clean & airy. Located in a little village between Hereford & Ross on Wye, worth the detour off of the main road.

Visited on a very cold December lunchtime. Had to ask for the £12 for two course menu which was not automatically given and very much enjoyed salmon fishcakes and chips. Generous amount of salmon although a bit more seasoning and parsley/ dill may have made them perfect. Loved the trifle served in little jars which unusually was not that sweet... More

Staying in Hoarwithy over Christmas, decided to visit the three local pubs rather than cook for group. Two of us are Herefordians so we have some memory of local pubs though it's been a while since we visited all three. Read some recent reviews so expected a good meal. Hospitable greeting on arrival and our request not to sit in... More

I booked first thing on new years day and was great with a warm happy new year they were busy but fitted 4 of us in happily. Arrived to a busy pub with roaring fire and loads of happy voices.the food was excellent from the torbay sole to the rabbit pie.A traditional pub with loads of festive spirit.

We live quite near this pub and decided to have dinner there tonight. I don't eat wheat. I had absolutely excellent GF fish and chips. It was great. Everyone was lovely. The pub was warm and cosy. Just wanted to say thanks for a great meal. We will return!

Food was utterly gorgeous.. again! Hanger steak is the best! Fish is the best! Food, service and atmosphere is amazing. (I'm tempted not to tell you all in case I can't get a table!!) They've even got electric hand towel dispensers... ❤❤❤
