This place serves great tasting tacos which we tried coming from San Quintin last week, October 30, 2015. I ordered three pieces of tacos and my friends ordered the fried fish which was big. I'll eat here again next time we go to San Quintin.

They are so good, everything is fresh and they always keep the stand real clean. They are the best tacos in town and I beleive in whole baja.

I recently spent three weeks riding my bicycle from Tecate to Los Cabos. I had fish tacos every chance I got, in many towns. El Castillo is the best I tried. They are simply amazing and I think about them often. The only downside to a visit to El Castillo is that other tacos seem a bit less delicious after... More

If you want good food, just ask a local where they would go. This place was recommended to us and just a 6 block walk from the cruise port. Our family devoured the fish and shrimp tacos, so good for such a reasonable price!

Many Fish Tacos to be had in Ensenada. Cruise ship port of call, went to Papas & Beer. Asked Waiter, "If YOU were going to eat Fish Tacos, where would YOU go?" Without hesitation, he replied, "Tacos de la Castillo, corner of Juarez/Castillo..." 10 block walk, and there it was. Ordered half a dozen for 4 of us. From SOCAL,... More

I've lived in Ensenada for 7 years now, I visit this taco stand at least once a week, and I have never been disappointed. I take all my friends and visitors there, and I've never heard a bad word about it. Even from my friends who say they don't like fish. Give it a go you will not be disappointed...... More

Nothing is better than an Ensenada style fish taco from a sidewalk stand for less than $ 1.00

Tacos Castillo is my favorite fish taco stand. I have been a customer for over 25 years and the quality of the tacos has stayed consistently excellent over the years. The stand opened in 1969 and has many loyal customers.. They serve two types of tacos fish or shrimp tacos. The fish is made with angelitio a type of shark.... More
