We had breakfast here. A shrimp omelette and a shrimp burrito. Both were fine. Nothing extra special, the burrito was a bit dry. Service was fine, location is great! We heard the margaritas were great, so maybe we need to try a little later in the day.

I ordered fried fish. The waiter forgot about it and I waited for 45 mins while the rest of my party ate (their food was mediocre). When I finally inquired about my order, the waiter said they were out of fish. Did not apologize. Rude service, mediocre food. I don't recommend eating here.

This is the restaurant associated with la perla hotel in la Paz. The restaurant is on the ocean although being at ground level there is no view of the ocean. I ate there only once , an order of quesadillas. The tortillas seemed to be stale, they were quite hard. I guess I expected something better. This place also provides... More

Hotel Perla struck me as the Denny’s of the Malecon. The food is not the best you’ll find on the street, but the waiters were very nice and food arrived promptly. The guacamole was the most American I tasted on the trip, like it came out of the Safeway carton. The beef faijitas didn’t have much flavor. But it wasn’t... More

Affiliated with La Perla Hotel, the service, the food, the view, the atmosphere and the prices are all good. Clean bathrooms, too.

Stopped here for lunch. Restaurant looks out onto the water, nice view, friendly staff, food was very good! I had a combo grilled shrimp, fried shrimp and bacon wrapped shrimp thing with ham inside. Boy was that good! Probably unhealthy but very good! Margaritas were great......couldn't complain about a thing.

I had breakfasts here, with our large group, the eggs were cold, when on my own, they were hot and the beans and potatoes OK. Terrible coffee. Others who ate lunch and dinner were not impressed. Some liked the guacamole. You see mostly gray hairs here if you walk by....

Yes the service is slow, but the beer is cheap ($2), chips are included and if you want a great view while using their internet, this works. Heard from other patrons they had same opinion, and the food was ok at best.

Such a neat place to have a great cup of coffee and freshly baked goodies. I wanted to try them all. Our breakfast was tasty and a large portion. It was so much fun to be there and experience it. I want to go back.
