I enjoyed a nice dinner at Santo Vino. The chef accommodated my food restrictions. Nice selection of wines from Baja California.

After stumbling across a truly excellent meal at the restaurant attached to the Hotel California, we spotted they also offered cookery courses. Booking it for the next morning we arrived to be greeted by Chef Dany who is passionate, entertaining and very knowledgeable about the local food scene. We prepared more dishes than it's possible to list here, all using... More

We had already had a meal but on our way back to the hotel we read the street side menu and were intrigued by the "Avacado, white chocolate, coconut and tequila shake so we split one for dessert. Delicious! The wine list and dinners look intriguing so we will try to come back.

We were staying at Hotel California and stopped into Santo Vino for a glass of wine. We didn't think we were hungry enough to eat but when we saw the menu selection, we had to order. I had an amazing side salad and my husband and I split the leg of lamb. Everything was so delicious and the presentation was... More

Our meal at santovino was incredible. A crisp Chardonnay was divine. The bread with the pesto and chipotle sauces is out of this world and the avocado shrimp and scallop appetizer is a must!!! I had a seafood pasta that was delicious.

Walked around the lobby of the Hotel which was really charming. Then to Santo Vino which is attached to the Hotel. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We sat out back on the covered deck. I had a Mexican pizza, which my wife and I shared. Also ordered their guacamole Which we all shared. Everything was delicious. This was a... More

We celebrated a birthday here in their private room. Our dinner was out of this world. We live in the San Francisco area and have access to authentic food of so many regions. The lobster tail and other fish dishes (halibut was my favorite) were delicious. We bought some of their seasoning mixes to recreate some dishes at home. The... More

Great location adjacent to Hotel California. We had a sampling of small plates and all were excellent. We especially enjoyed the stuffed peppers and the ribs. Also had great drinks including a selection of bottled Baja Brewing beers. Chef Danny even stopped by to greet us.
