For any business, especially a restaurant to last 30 years is a testament. I live part time in Santa Cruz and visit Chef Theiry frequently. Any filet of fish: with his mother's Cream of Leak Sauce, demonstrates his Swiss talent.

This restaurant is amazing, must go and try the best French food in Santa, Cruz. My wife and I were their in February and the food rocked. Definitely try the escargot.
