We had an early bird dinner at Los Zarapes. The restaurant has interesting decorations. The service was very good. The food was good. The restaurant is upstairs without elevators.

Party of 6. we've only come here for drinks. It's a neat looking old building inside. Drinks are fun. We keep coming back year after year, and I imagine we will continue to do so. We've been here when there was traditional dance entertainment, and that was fun too.

Gabriel is a gem. Without him, I would have drank only one margarita.... his swagger is next to none. The men's bathroom is epic! And the place to go for an authentic Mazatlan experienco......

This place is outstanding with excellent service and food every time we have visited. They are one of the few restaurants that have parking in the Golden Zone.

We had been to Los Zarapes years ago but this time friends were to select the place and then chose here. The service was wonderful but then again we were there with only 1 other table of guests. The salsa was made right at our table and to our specifications (I know many of you will wonder how I survive... More

We enjoyed this place for years, but it has declined in food quality. Several in our group got lukewarm, cold food, not safe.

Fun and funky restaurant upstairs, with lots of wall and ceiling decorations everywhere. We visited on a Sunday night, when one of the people we met locally was scheduled to sing for an hour or so and had invited us to come over. Food was good, service was friendly and prompt, and prices were very reasonable. This restaurant is just... More

This is a great place to go when you're in Mazatlan. It gets a good cross-section of locals and visitors. Fun staff, great music, good food and drinks and kind of a funky setting my Mazatlan standards. If the stairs freak you out, there is an elevator. Provecho

We always enjoy a stop at Los Zarapes. Food is good, and priced right. The staff is fun and attentive. There is an elevator for those who don't want to tackle the steep stairs. Early dining is preferable (for us) so as to avoid the later crowds. Check to see when they offer live music.
