Everything was fantastic. The food was well prepared and displayed nicely. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. Victor our waiter was very attentive yet discreet. Always there when asked yet not imposing.

You will need reservation. Their service is excellent by all the waiters and Victor. The food is delicious, mixed with Mexican and international. Please treat the Cesar salad for two and the flambe banana dessert. Very nice view especially after 6 pm. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

Let me first warned you this is an upscale seafood place so it doesn't compare to other places you were fine on the boardwalk or other places in the vicinity but for a romantic dinner or even a business dinner it was awesome the service was spectacular the amaretto tequila was to die forthey make it themselves reservations are required... First visit and certainly not the last. The view from something else so plan to be there when it turns dark. The atmosphere is gorgeous. We were seated on the lower patio by the pool overlooking the city. When you arrive by taxi there will be two little boys who will open doors for you. Be sure to have a... More

I have been frequenting El Palomar de los Gonzalez for years. It's a "must" every time I'm in PV. (Thirty-two years and counting.) Nestled high in the hills above the city, the key attraction is the spectacular view of the ocean and city. Situated in a private home, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. In reality, there is not a... More

The restaurant is certainly off the beaten path, far outside the chains of the Hotel Zone. We had already visited Iguana and Cafe D'Artiste and wanted another first class experience. We were recommended to dine here and had an amazing experience. Great food, wonderful music, good wine and an unbeatable view! Wow! Make sure you get up to the site... More

As the taxi took us up the steep and winding road we thought how cool! When we got to the restaurant it was kind of a non descript building and wondered what kind of place it was. My wife was greeted by a young gentleman named Abraham who escorted her in by her arm for a few pesos. The back... More

We made a phone reservation 3 weeks prior for Feb 13th for a special family dinner for 6 of us. When we arrived they did not have our reservation & seated us at a poor table. A waiter on the main level waved us over to a table with a much better view & our waiter sternly told us it... More

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation we made online so we were seated by the kitchen. Too much hustle n bustle to enjoy the ambience. However, the view is breathtaking and the strolling harp player trio amazing. Server took our drink orders, and we found him hurried. When the drinks arrived, my wine was red not white.... More

This was our second trip, view is awesome, but tricky to get up there! Last year the food was terrific, this year not so much. We did go on Valentines day which was busy, but the filet was covered in gravy and I question if it was really a filet. Shrimp cocktail was not same quality either. The female hostess... More
