Our experience at this elegant hotel was top notch in every way. The staff was professional, the room and grounds kept in pristine condition and the food was excellent. Even if you stay somewhere else, go for breakfast at thier restaurant, its excellent!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Checkin took about 35 mins and check out took about 40 mins way to long with only one guest. The hotel itself absolutist need upgrading with out a doubt. I sure hope the owner is not a hotel slumlord!! OMG the beds are horrible. Carpet may have mold or mildew. My first room... More

I was in the city and a colleague asked me to meet him there for breakfast. I waited for this person for more than 45 minutes and while I waited I was treated very very well. At the ended up having breakfast by myself and the food was delicious. Real juice with nice fruits and an excellent pancakes. The best... More

This restaurant is worth visiting if you're not a hotel guest. I could imagine I was in a fine restaurant in Paris, Venice or Barcelona. It is very Old European in atmosphere and decor. There are business meetings at breakfast, and service can be slow for non-business customers. It was a pleasure to dine here, on fresh, creative cuisine.

The restaurant is not large, and the menu is not extensive for dinner, but the service is very good and the food quality is surprisingly good. Breakfast is quite good as well. There are many great restaurants in Guadalajara, some of which are nearby, but if you want to economize your time and energy, the Quinta Real restaurant is not... More

Very well appointed property, nice rooms and wonderful staff. We absolutely enjoyed staying there, and would return anytime. Fairly close to a lot of good restaurants, and well worth the money.

This is one of the most charming hotels in Guadalajara. It is expensive, however the grounds are lovely, and there is a very sophisticated bar, adjacent to the restaurant, which is also very good. We have not stayed there since we are so close to Guadalajara however did visit with friends for lunch and were very impressed, I might add,... More
