Hadn't been to Pajares in a long time but was pleasantly surprised that the food and service are still excellent. The food is very homy in style with simple dishes in the Spanish Mexican tradition. Great fish and fun appetizers fill the menu (they also have excellent meat dishes). I had the Sea Bass with sautéed union and green chiles,... More

Very good restaurant just across from the World Trade Center in Mexico City. Very convenient if attending a show. Very good selection of Spanish style food, especially seafood. Nice service and good selection. Busy, so a reservation is usually better.

Very enjoyable meal at Pajares. The starter of a cold shrimp.scallop type soup that was similar to a ceviche. It was excellent. The sea bass in butter sauce was good. Very good service.Located across the street from the World Trade

Very diverse menu. Camarone and avocado appetizer was very good with a nice light dressing. The special fish "Ricardo" was great as well as the fish al Chipotle. Desserts are fantastic, too. Service was great but not intrusive. Very relaxing with the canaries singing. All in all, highly recommended.
