We had great tacos here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The beer selection was good and the beer nicely chilled. I had two different tacos, one of which was kind of a guess. The menu said the filling was rellena. When it arrived and I tasted it, I was pretty sure I... More

Since Beatricita has been in the Zona Rosa since the early 70's, and it's always full at lunchtime, we thought we'd give it a try. Get there before 1:30pm if you're going to have lunch. They start serving lunch at 1:00pm and it fills up fast. My companion picked the enchiladas enfrijoladas, but she wasn't too pleased with them. They... More

I didn't enjoy my set menu lunch. The tacos were mediocre and didn't have much flavor. I had nopales and carnitas tacos. I would not bother going here.

Read about this place and their chicharron guisado tacos (wet deep fried pig skin). It is delicious and flavourful. Highly recommended. Glad to have something authentic and only costs $28 pesos.

Great family-owned restaurant, for traditional favorites! Watch fresh tortillas being made! Simple and good.

We wandered into Beatricita at about 5:45 on a Wednesday night. The restaurant closes at 6PM so they were out of their daily specials which we had heard are very good. Still we ordered a taco plate and chicken tinga plate. Both plates tasted fresh and good. We watched the waitress make our tortillas on a funky type press I've... More

You will not be disappointed if you eat here. There is fresh tortillas being made which are just delicious and a variety of real local Mexican food. The taste is authentic and you will enjoy eating here at least once but that's about it. Expect a bit of a wait and don't go with the expectation of a great culinary... More

Many other reviewers have commented that this restaurant serves authentic Mexican food. I know next to nothing about Mexican food but I did enjoy eating here and the food was quite good. It is a pretty informal place that seemed to fill up fairly quickly for lunch with locals, which was a good sign. We were taken care of very... More
