We were treated to an impressive degustation menu, savoring a blend of truly unique flavors, and sampling an array of dishes, all visually striking and impressive. It is a gastronomic quest starting with a course of an upscale version of street foods and culminating with...More

Tragic that the quality of Cosme in New York (same chef), does not match what ever they try to do in Pujol. Makes me sad to see, that the the restaurant were it all started has turned into a rapid production kitchen, that only copies...More

I was a fan of Pujol since they opened back in the day, but the last two years weren't too impressive. The new site is amazing and the menu feels that Enrique has returned to the basics! Now it is a six course menu and...More

Ordinarily I wouldn't rush to a restaurant called Pooh-Hole but once I saw the spelling I was willing to give it a shot. Lucky me. Outrageously delicious with smoking baskets of corn covered in crazy stuff, octopus 🐙 smothered in some Mayan drug, wagyu (who...More

The Venue is edgy and nice. The food was good, but really not to be in the top 20 restaurants in the world. Service was eager to help and answer your questions. You have cheaper options for thw quality of food served.

I was fortunate to try two of Mexico’s top restaurant on back-to-back nights. Pujol, featured in season 2 of Netflix’s Chef’s Table, was another epic meal showing the maturity of Mexican cooking from the highly regarded chef, Enrique Olvera. Unfortunately, Enrique was out of town,...More

Pujol is all about wonderful, hospitable dining. Enrique, himself, was even outside with staff before service began, and was gently welcoming and inviting to us. Wear nice slacks and shirt, with, or without jacket, and... More
Hi, I would like to know how to secure a reservation to Pujol . I booked a flight to and rented an apartment in Mexico City in February, specifically to dine at Pujol. It looks like their online reservation system does not allow to book that far out or is already fully booked. Any advice would be appreciated ! Thank you :)

Once again featured on the San Pellegrino list of the "World's 50 Finest Restaurants"—and moving up thirteen spots to number 36—Pujol is Chef Enrique Olvera's extraordinary personal approach to Mexican cuisine, famed for reinvention and ongoing perfectionism, where tradition and contemporary gastronomy live side by side as expressed in culinary techniques both ancient and modern. Using both imagination and delicacy, Olvera recombines Mexico's nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating an extraordinary food culture's potential in obsessive detail.
