Stopped here on the Spanish legends tour. The actors told us a little bit of history about this place and Tacuba Street. My Chihuahua idol, Pancho Villa, would drink a milk shake here, when he came to Mexico City to visit. Also, Tacuba Street is...More

We ordered the enchilada suizas (basically chicken with cheese, cream, and green sauce - not spicy) and the tacos arrachera. Both were really good. We also had Sangria and a pina colada. Get in line for a table at the front door (on Francisco Madero),...More

Don't get thrown off because this is one of the Sanborns chain restaurants...it is the flagship! The colonial building is lined with "azulejos", decorative Talavera tiles. A sight for the eyes! Ask for the Enchiladas Suizas, one of their originals.
