Great to browse, but high priced items compared to other Department store. They do have a nice Buffet/Restaurant worth a visit too

Friend and I were shopping in Plaza Las Americas and wanted a quick lunch. Stopped at Sanborn's. Ordered Chicken Enchiladas to split. In a word - Gross. Will never go back.

The friendly, cozy atmosphere in this restaurant is enjoyable, the food and service here was as well very good. The waitress was very kind and made sure we had a pleasant meal. We will return to this restaurant again and try some more of their classic dishes. We had a lovely time! Enjoy your meal! PS: Their homemade lemonade water... More

This is a classic restaurant in Mexico for family breakfast on sunday or coffee and dessert during the afternoon or a mexican style dinner. I love the enchiladas suizas, caldo tlalpeño and the coffee. Service is good The place is comfortable

Being a big fan of Sanborns in Mexico City, this was my second Cancun establishment in a few years. Considerably smaller than the one close to Flamingo Hotel in the Hotel Zone but it felt cozy and inviting. The service was very slow and at times I thought that maybe the lady server who was quite mature was very tired... More

This was hands down the worst dining experience I have had during my entire visit to Mexico. I visited Sanborn's because it is one of the few places in the Cancun center that is open late, and I was getting dinner around 10 p.m. since I had just gotten in by bus. First of all, the food was just OK,... More

I liked this shop it had a touch of the past about it, like how old London department stores used to be before everything become bland soulless white florescent clones.

The quality of Sanborn's food is not as good as it used to be, unless you go for their classic dishes, like enchiladas suizas.

Visited recently while passing through Cancun. Standard breakfast included coffee and juice. Several choices for breakfast and they all looked good. Had their omelet and spouse had poached eggs. Down side was my first cup of coffee was cold and the second cup was spoiled by bad creamer.

Sandborns is always on my list of places to revisit when I vacation each winter in Cancun. The service is attentive & the waitresses are dressed in a traditional Mexican outfit. Dinners are excellent & there is a large choice of meals. Leave room for dessert too. You won't be disappointed eating at Sandborns & the price is reasonable. Be... More

Nice restaurant in a shopping center. You can find it all here, gifts, snacks, electronics, and a great restaurant. Very friendly and a variety of fresh fruit juices. Breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere was cozy. Plenty of parking in the shopping center.
