We only had time for coffee and pastries as this was the pickup point for one of our tours - but the sweets were delicious!

If you are in Cancun and you want to have a nice brunch this is the place! Nice service, good food and it is very close the Plaza de Toros. I will return for sure!

Everything's good from the salutations from the waiters to the staff in kitchen. And for the kids they have a place to stay

I love this place, and both of their locations. Just good food. Great pastries. They really make my American stomach to relax after bad American food.

I mentioned this restaurant in my IBIS hotel review(but not the name). We sat down inside and after at least 5 minutes left as NO ONE approached us to take our order. Many of the wait staff passed by us but never came to our table to take an order.

Our first driver spoke highly of this establishment. He was spot on. The food was delicious. But the deserts...!!! OMG. Evidently Pastel means Pastry in Spanish. Tres Leches was incredible.

I've been going to the Pasteleteria for many years, at its old and new locations, and have never had a bad, or even mediocre, experience. The food has always been wonderful, the place is very nice, and no complaints on the service. It is definitely a place to have a great meal.

The salads are very good with wonderful dressings. The tomales with Chaya were delicious and satisfying. The espresso is strong and full bodied. The pastry is very good.

They captured the uniqueness of high end mexican cuisine and brought it to Cancun, in a simple and eclectic way. The clientele tends to make the ambience a little stiff at times...but yet the service reminds you that what matters is only you. Every time I'm in Cancun I am at Pasteleteria Malecon :)
