Acantilado had a special on seafood for 2 - $48 USD. I think it was a weekend deal we were there on a Saturday afternoon. The meal had very good sized lobster, shrimp, octopus, squid, snails, snapper, grouper and some great veggies + rice. It was all cooked on an outdoor grill and served on the Punta Sur overlook. Awesome view... More

Our group stopped here for lunch before checking out Punta Sur. We loved our server, he was funny & friendly. We had a bit of a wait for our food since there were so many of us but the cold cervezas and yummy margaritas helped. We all had seafood platters and they were delicious! It was pretty windy the day... More

We stopped in for appetizers and drinks after visiting Punta Sur. Drinks were good, nachos were really good (wish they had used real cheese instead of canned) and spouse's calamari was real good! I heard the lobster was the best but it was early and we didn't need much at that time of day. Would go back.

My friend had found this place on her research of Isla. It was not far from our condo so we checked it out! The margaritas were so good, and our lobster tails were the most succulent and best we had!! Our waiter was so nice and kept us in whatever we needed. The homemade chips and guacamole are the gold... Like most restaurants in Mexico, it's all about the experience. There's no rushing through your meal here, but the food is delicious and the view is spectacular.

You can't beat the views here. They do have a fairly captive audience and the prices are set accordingly. My husband and friend hung out here while I explored the nearby artwork, then stayed for a drink as well.

Excellent! Had a late lunch/early dinner here after viewing the sculptures and ruins. We decided on the seafood Platter For 2 and it was DELICIOUS. The view is amazing and this is truly how I'd like to spend all of my afternoons. Good food, good views and fast, friendly service!

Beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic and Caribbean. Our patio table was so close to the edge that it was named an "infinity table". Well worth the trip!

Sit on that terrace, look at that 180-degree view of the sea and the cliffs, and it almost feels like the food is just an afterthought. Said food was quite good - I had the fish tacos and enjoyed them thoroughly. Regardless, just being there enjoying, without a doubt, the best views a restaurant can offer on Isla Mujeres was...
