I ordered spicy shrimp low mein it was delicious!! My wife had the gen tso chicken and it was awesome. Service was great and price can't be beat!! Try this family... More

Went here for lunch for a change from tacos and were not disappointed. We got fried spring rolls(greasy but good), chop suey, chow mein and fried rice. I don't usually like chop suey or chow mein, but the way they did them was phenomenal. They were loaded with fresh vegetables and so delicious. The fried rice was ok, but the... More

Being in Playa for almost 2 weeks we were due for a menu change. Chinese food is what we were looking for and now my wife and I can say: We recommend Shanghai if that's what your taste buds desire. Louis and Louise from Canada

In the tradition of true hole in the wall restaurant being completely spectacular... this is absolutely one of the best! I spent literally every day here for lunch over a two-week period while writing a book and surfing their Wi-Fi and tried everything on the menu twice. The food is completely authentic and handmade including the dumplings which you simply... More

We read the reviews and were expecting great food. We ordered 3 dishes 2 were cold, one slightly hot. Food was average. We were not expecting a fancy environment. The place is small, and not well decorated. We thought the price for what we got was much to high. Not going back for sure.

Had dinner here tonight and it was seriously delicious. We all stuffed our faces and can't wait to go back for more. Everything was freshly made and they even asked us what we wanted in our steamed dumplings to tailor make them! There were also lots of vege options and great soups. Service was also very friendly and they gave... More

This place was recommended by friends in PDC and we were not disappointed. After several weeks of local food, we craved something different and we went Chinese. The food was very good and since we were only there once we would definitely go back. The owner was very friendly and made good suggestion for our first time. Next time we... More

Had a craving for something other than Mexican. Passed this restaurant on a walk and went back tonight. Very tasty and good price point. For about 700.00 pesos 4 people ate well and we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow

The place needs a major cleaning... I swear some of the dirt was there from our last visit in 2015... but it makes up for it with super friendly family/staff, smoking hot wonton soup and spring rolls and very tasty chow mien. Sick of tacos and wanna eat on the cheap, give this place a try. It's all about the... More
