Every day we came for a great cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. Owner was very knowledgeable about coffee and helpful with local information. Will stop there again, new favorite spot in Playa.

The owner manager is an absolute pleasure to talk to. He takes pride in his food and runs a super clean shop. I stop by every time I come to playa!!! The prices are reasonable atmosphere is quaint and friendly. If you want some good breakfast and great coffee. Stop by here. I promise you don't regret it!!!

Better and more reasonable than that chain down by 5th Ave. Spot on service too! Iced coffee tasted great.

Walked quite a ways to check this place out for my morning coffee. It was closed! Not sure when it was going to open. Also walked by it one evening, and it was closed then too.

I was passing by this place every day few times, but I could not figure out its business hours. When it is supposed to be open, it is closed and vice versa. Once, I was lucky. Pleasant owner, everything else is average.

One of the things I enjoy about Playa every time I visit is to come across a new gem and the Coffee Stop is certainly that. I met Paul as I was walking to Walmart & my stomach was growling. My oh Maya that Mexican coffee from Chiapas is so creamy & just can't be beat. It is an experience!... More

Delicious coffee, tasty treats, bagels, great service. Cozy little place. Wifi available. The owner, Paul, is from the UK, and he is friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.

I'm one of the crazy-about-coffee people. The first thing I'm doing in a new city: I'm looking for a good fresh roasted coffee. And here in Playa, it was more like a quest. I used TripAdvisor, googled, browse through a lot of websites and finally got my gem. In this lovely place, you can expect to have a good coffee... More

Amazing coffee, brilliant service and excellent food and pastries. Paul serves a range of different coffees, hot and cold. There's also some raw food pastries and great salads that we tried several times during our stay in Playa del Carmen. Thanks Paul!! / Your Swedish friends Jessica & Peter
