I think we got a bit lucky as we hadn't read any reviews, didn't know how popular this place is, and just walked into Zamas on an off-chance hoping we could get an early dinner. Initially, this was mostly because it looks pretty cool from the outside and it has its own parking. We got a great table with a... More

We came to Zamas based on reading other past TripAdvisor recommendations, and we were not disappointed. Our lunch and drinks were all way above-average, and the view on watching diving pelicans as we dined was nice entertainment. We would definitely come back again on our next visit to Tulum!

I can't even begin to describe how beautiful the location of this restaurant is . It blew my mind and I'll probably never forget the lazy lunch watching pelicans dive for theirs . The food was the best I've eaten whilst visiting Mexico 🇲🇽 and ridiculously good value . Thanks Zamas for making a memory .

Food was okay. Good service. Great views. But beware, ask if they take credit cards but make make sure to ask the exchange rate. Most places that take credit cards charge in Pesos. Zamas will charge in US dollars at an exchange rate in their favor. When questioned, the manager stated we should have asked about the exchange rate. Not... More

We really enjoyed a nice lunch here. The view is so nice - it's got all the ambience you want with a great staff to make things effortless. The chicken sandwiches were sooo good! Definitely coming back!

I wanted to try something new to me on a typically beautiful day in Tulum and was eager to be near the beach. Zamas was the place selected. The view from the restaurant is of a small cove along the shore, which is very scenic, and watching pelicans dive for their meal certainly contributes to the experience. We ordered nachos... More

My wife and I ate outside one morning for breakfast here. The food was great, but we were even more so impressed with how good the coffee was. If you sit outside, you have s beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommended.

My husband, 2yo, and I went to Zamas for breakfast one morning due to its convenient location to the dive shop. My husband was leaving for a dive in about 30 minutes and asked the host if he could order a quick breakfast and be on his way. The host said, "Yes of course!" 30 minutes later the only thing...
