We were fortunate to find out about this cafe during our Food Tour of San Miguel. On our return visit we sat inside and had coffee with our fresh, warm churros: sublime!

We got lucky and tried the churros and chocolate the first morning we where in San Miguel. We liked the churros a lot. We passed by the restaurant at night the next day and there was a line all the way to the end of the street. I Recommend getting the churros and chocolate in the morning.

After waiting in the long line a while, we figured out that people who want table service can take a shorter one which we took and got in right away. This is a very busy place. Churros and chocolate were good but I thought the chocolate (we selected the Spanish kind) was not as thick as was in Spain, but... More

This restaurant it's a small place to eat breakfast, brunch, dinner, at any time!! Evendough you'll have to wait in line to enter, it's delicious! I recommend to go early between 8:30-9:30 am and have a calm breakfast before people stand up in line. You can order to go churros and chocolate. It's famous cause it's owner and idea is... More

So, in San Agustin , I found a great spot in downtown San Miguel to satisfied my cravings. As we were a party of seven and there were people waiting for table I thought it could take... More

We went twice. In the morning the churros were warm and quite good. We went back a second time in the afternoon and they served us basically cold churros which had been sitting for a while. If they are going to focus mostly on churros they should be able to get it right everytime.

My family first heard about a place from our first Bed and Breakfast that sold churros, and knew we had found the place once we saw the line coming out the door. The line was short, and ostensibly you can skip the line if you say you are getting something to go. The restaurant has Churros Rellenos which are stuffed... More
