La Posadita is located right in the center of town and has great food, service, and Mariachi music to entertain you while you eat.

Food was good, not great. Service fine. Best quality of the place are the views. It was amazing in the sunshine of the afternoon and lovely on the rooftop at night. Great views of the mountains and the cathedral. Would go again.

The rooftop has a great view. The service is great. I've been to this restaurant twice and both times I was amazed at the food. Try the escamoles and the nopales. They are outstanding!!! The margaritas de tamarindo are delicious and very refreshing. Honestly, I don't think anyone can go wrong with any item on their menu. I'd gladly go... More

Kinda started out there all wrong. They brought our table napkins that were dirty. We mentioned this, and they just replaced them, no sense of "oh we shouldn't be giving dirty/used napkins to our customers!" My father & I had two different dishes. My dad had a pork dish, I had vegetarian fajitas. I didn't drink alcohol, he had two... More

I have been to this restaurant a few times and had a neutral feeling about it. Until this past Saturday. Everything was awful!! We were seated next to the neighboring restaurant and it was playing loud techno music with heavy bass. La Posidita in turn has their music playing to counter it. The food was very bland. I had shrimp... More

This Mexican restaurant has one of the best roof top terraces in San Miguel. Great to go around sunset for the view of the Parroquia and other churches in town. I think the food is just average; it used to be better before it got popular. Worth it for the view anyway.

This is one of our favourite spots for a more upscale meal. The rooftop terrace has a great view, especially at sunset. The food is very good.

The menu featured ant eggs and grasshoppers which my family was eager to try, but they were out of both. The only redeeming parts of the meal were the shrimp tacos and the view over San Miguel. Other than that, the service was very slow and I left food on my plate which is not something that I do often.
