Best lemon chicken ever, generous helpings, reasonable prices, great service - not great ambience but food more than makes up for it!

It is a hit and miss for chinese food in Mexico. We walked into restaurant and were the only people there -I asked and the owner said it was mostly take-out service. Needless to say the food was terrible-General Tso Chicken was like wings coated with grease, ugh! Should learn my lesson, the waitress ( owners wife) didn't even bother... More

I am giving a rating of only 3 because, though the food was good, my Dragon Chengdy came without snow peas. The menu said it should have snow peas, which is one of the reasons I ordered it. I brought this to their attention and was told they did not have any (with no apology). I would not have ordered... More

My wife and I live in Greensboro, NC, and one thing that we really miss is good Chinese food after having lived in the Detroit-Toronto area. So, here we are visiting Allende with friends who suggest Chinese food. When we first try a Chinese restaurant, I usually order old standards to see how they measure up. My wife, on the... More

My husband and I have ate here twice on vacation..all I can say it's fabulous Chinese food! Big portions my husband and I shared our entree, and we are big eaters! The staff are very nice and hardworking.. we have one more week here and I'm planning to go back! This restaurant is a simple no frills place, great food,... More

It's hard to find good (or even sanitary) Chinese food in Mexico. Dragon Chino is the exception. We ordered Mongolian Beef, General Tso's Chicken, and Juan Ton soup (that's the Mexican spelling ; )) and all three selections were delicious. The portions were very generous and the food we ordered could have served three, but we were greedy and gobbled... More

If you are used to good Chinese food, as in New York and San Francisco, you certainly will be disappointed in this place. All sauces are the same on each dish. Brown. Yup. Brown sauce on everything. Not a bargain. Not exciting. I take a pass on this.

We ate here often seven years ago when they were on the other side of the street. The restaurant was small and charming, mostly outside with colorful umbrellas. Flash-forward seven years, the newer space is bigger but has lost its charm. Very plain, white walls, concrete floors. Zilch atmosphere. The food gets 5 stars, the restaurant 3 thus the 4... More

After reading the reviews of others, we tried Dragon for dinner. As others have said, do not come for cheap eats or atmosphere. Come for really good Chinese food. The Dragon Soup is one of the prettiest soups I have ever seen. It is a crystal clear broth filled with perfectly cooked vegetables, chicken and shrimp. It was a perfect... More
