A favorite of locals and visitors alike. Family fare of classic hamburgers and hotdogs for the kids and amazing original beer batter recipe for the fish, shrimp & chicken tacos. Canalso be served steamed in fhe original pico de gallo salsa - made by the owner's Mom. Her carrot cake is out of tbis world!

Rumor has it that the landlord wants to build on the lot. No one seems to know if they will reopen or where. If you want fish tacos there's always Baja Fish Taquito.

Wonderful tacos , burgers, chili dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings.......and beer battered eggplant. This local outdoor spot down the street from the rosewood is great. You can order a little or a lot and it's very inexpensive. It's becoming our go to lunch stop on a budget.

This is a small fish taco place that you will not beat for value, it is good and inexpensive. The fish tacos are very good and we eat here every few days, not just to appease our budget, but we really like it and the people who run it. Have the carrot cake, you will love it.

The service was poor, the place not crowded, smelly, and the fish and chips were gross. Chips not potatoes--- some kind of greasy potato chip? and the fish was barely there, with greasy, thick puffy batter/.crust?. I pulled off the gross and oily crust and ate some of the nasty-tasting fish.

We've stopped in for a snack or meal every few days since we've been here. We always order the tacos arranchero, or chicken tacos. Freshly grilled and so tasty, served with pico de gallo and guacomole. Friendly service and inexpensive. Highly recommend it.

Beer price went up...beer choices down. Fish tacos used to be awesome. Went here around 3pm on a week day & there were 2-3 more tables of patrons- my fish was fried in old oil...they were AWFUL; wife ordered burger = AWFUL; SO SAD- USED TO GO HERE AT LEAST 1-2 TIMES A MONTH SINCE 2006.

I kept walking by this place every day and happened to notice that there was always a good-sized crowd there for lunch. I decided to give it a try one day, and ordered fish tacos and a michelada. Both were just so-so, but as I looked around I happened to notice that I was surrounded by many, many people speaking... More

Across the street from the elegant Rosewood hotel, there sits a small gem . A casual Mexican patio behind a chain link fence. Blink and you'll miss it. Open only for lunch daily (except Sunday) popular with locals and visitors alike. Delicious fish, shrimp, chicken, and beef tacos, served with fresh tomatoes , onions, and corriander, and a yummy salsa... More

Came here twice in 4 days for lunch and enjoyed it both times. Tent overhead with no walls makes for very casual but enjoyable dining. If there's a lineup ask the group ahead if you can join them - great way to meet people and find out more about SMA. I recommend the steamed shrimp taco. Have 2 if you're... More
