Good for lunch. We were going to eat dinner here but needed a reservation, so we headed into town instead. I agree with another reviewer, that the menu was mediocre.

If you are a guest at the hotel, it's convenient. But the food, at least for lunch, is mediocre at best. The selections were limited, but I opted for the shrimp salad. A few unimaginatively prepared shrimp on a bed of wilted shredded lettuce. Bland and unappealing. Even salt and pepper would have improved it. Friend had a sandwich with... More

We stayed at the sister resort and ate here on our last night. It was a Saturday night so the restaurant was busy. Service was a little slow but attentive. The fish was fresh and presented nicely. The special of lobster and fillet was outstanding at an excellent price. With n e selections were extensive.

We own at Sunset but always come back to Cilantro's for dinner at least once. The food is very good, better than any at Sunset. We had steak and lobster this time. It was perfect. I love dinning right next to the beach and looking at the full moon. It doesn't get any better than that.

Last time we were in Cabo San Lucas we ate here more than once as the food was excellent and the outside dining experience is wonderful, overlooking the beach and the bay. This provides the perfect setting for a wonderful dinner. This time, I ordered the Chicken Migonette only. We waited a long time for our food to come out... More

We ate here once for lunch and three evenings for dinner. The food is absolutely the best available at this resort. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. Our favorite was the sea bass, perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicately flavored without overpowering the fish. Delicious!

I came here twice and my friend and I agreed that the seafood linguine was the best dish. There were generous servings of plump seafood in each bite. We also liked the chef's shrimp. What we didn't like: shrimp cocktail (tasted like ketchup), creamy avocado soup (tasted like confused guacamole), spicy mixed seafood soup (tasted like chili oil), and the... More

We tried this restaurant two times during our week stay. Decided their other restaurant Las Palomas is the better choice. Dinner I had the stuffed chicken that was pretty good served with fresh veggies and mashed potatoes, Husband order the pork. It was totally over cooked and dried out. We had lunch there once and it wasn't good. Fries were... More

This restaurant is nice and has a great view being right on the water. The problem was drink consistency. You culdn;t get the same tasting simple (GNT) beverage from the same bartender much less from two bartenders. This seesm to be a theme in Cabo unless you go to some where like Cabo Wabo or the hardrock.

Hola gringos; This is a review of the Tuesday night 'theme' night: Mexican Fiesta, at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco. We have been coming here the same week (#33) for 25+ years and have experienced the changes and efforts the hotel/resort has made to improve this dinner/show. Pro: The show is still totally bogus with made-up 'authentic' Aztec? dances but helped... More
