The atmosphere is fabulous. The food was great. Listening to the water fountain added peacefulness to our dining.

Our tour group met at the Soledad for our last meal together. It was very elegant, service was attentive, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed a leisurely meal among all the flowers and folk art in the courtyard. Rain poured while we were there, but we were comfortable under a roof. Prices were among the most expensive of our... The food is interesting and varied and delicious--what I have had of it--and the service is impeccable. I love going here for breakfast especially. The patio is one of the most beautiful in Morelia, a city of beautiful patios. The presentation is world class. All in all a fabulous place.

Breakfast was included with our room and was average. Dinner a bit better and offered nice cocktails, beer, and wine. Service is excellent.

Stopped in for martinis with my brother. The stylish entryway caught my attention and the doorman invited me in to see the grand central courtyard. This is a Unesco Heritage town and there are many courtyards to surprise and delight. The second time I visited, I was overlooked and left. That wouldn't stop me from returning, nor should it influence... More

This olace has an amazing scenery and great service. I went there for breakfast and the buffet was quite good. I think that the waiter called Daniel provides one of the best guest services I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the price is quite high.

While Hotel de la Soledad purveys a tranquil attractive patio removed from the street hubbub one finds along the Arcos, its food has now twice disappointed myself and travel partner Peregringo. At first it was a challenge to persuade the waiter to bring me a glass of purified water since I forego plastic-bottled water out of an ecological consciousness, but... More
