This restaurant would cater more for perakians as it is on old highway 1 en route to Tapah to the south or Kampar northwards.
Given it s off the NS highways, most KL folks would make a bee line to Ipoh s more famous and...popular restaurants so it s a blessing to perakians the prices are not spoilt by richer KL folks !
The most popular dish is haruan aka sang yu and cooked 2 ways in salted eggs and braised with spring onions
The other popular dish is pork leg deep fried which can be pretty fatty.
Paku paku is standard fare.
To keep prices affordable for local (kampar and Tapah folks) don't over rate with 4 or 5 stars leading to surge of KL folks here thereby pricing sky high. As is , there is sufficient local patrons to fill up 2 shop lots
