One thing about El Candil, they are consistent. The man who used to own it, sold it to his employees. They know what it takes to keep customers coming back.... More

We have gone here several times after getting tired of taquerias. Good burgers and a nice atmosphere. You will find mostly tourists eating around you.

Best fish tacos in Baja (and I've tried them all). The food is great, but you'll want to try the fish tacos for sure. Quiet, relaxed setting in the center of a beautiful, historic town.

They have Negro Modelo on tap too. It is a great beer that is not found often on tap. Basically, you can eat for $5.50 American....great... More

Decent food in unfussy setting. There is sometimes live music in the afternoons: the Baja Beat are a group of expat friends who do Mexican/C & W crossovers.

This restaurant has been bought by the employees that have worked there for years Same great food, except the French Dips are now the special on Thursdays We had the salad with the French Dip. It was fantastic!! Red, green and orange peppers with cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower. It has to be the very best "side salad" ever! We went... More
