If you’re looking for fresh ‘udang galah’, this is the place. Wait! Before you go, make sure to call & book your prawns! They usually run out early due to high demand. I don’t think they keep their prawn overnight. If you’re a seafood lover, you would know the difference. Last time, my brother booked ours a day earlier. If you don’t know the menu, it’s totally fine! You can just book how many dish/prawns you’d like to order. Note that they are HUGE. If the size is small, they usually give two to compensate! They will cook it once you’ve reached and order your dish so that it’s fresh.
Enjoy your food!
I ordered char kueh teow udang galah for myself!

This restaurant serves Laksa Sarawak with Udang Galah (a type of prawn found at river estuaries).
Prices start from RM5 for a bowl of Laksa Sarawak with a small sized Udang Galah, and a choice of RM8, RM10, RM 15 and RM20 sized prawns.
The RM20 sized Udang Galah can cost up to RM60 in Kuala Lumpur, or about B$10 next door in Brunei, or S$100 in the most expensive city on planet Earth known as Singapura..... sans Laksa Sarawak.
If you are after the RM5 bowl of Laksa Sarawak come early as they tend to get sold out early.
The restaurant also offers Nasi Champur at RM6/pax.... Eat as much as you can!!!
Bon Appetite.
